Please call me if you are running late for your reading. If you arrive more than 15 minutes behind schedule, I’m afraid the reading will need to be cancelled, as I work on a rota with other clients. However, we can certainly arrange another date and time that suits you.

If I do not hear from you—by text, email, or mobile—within 24 hours before your scheduled reading, and you do not attend, no refund can be issued, regardless of the circumstances.

Please also note that my phone is switched off over weekends, but you are welcome to leave a message. My number is: 07355 554993
