I do not send out a Zoom (or any other links), or contact you to ensure your reading is going ahead, because your booking confirms this. If a reading is cancelled within 24 hours (whatever the situation), I am unable to supply a refund. Any time before this is acceptable. I look forward to reading for you soon.
